Refund Policy

REFUND AND RETURN POLICY

Our policy lasts for 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the shipping label must not have been used and / or delivered the package to the carrier (FedEx, DHL, UPS), as they are responsible for all logistics, transportation and final delivery of shipments.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your return purchase to the manufacturer.

Refunds (where applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that we have received your return. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, in a certain number of days.

Late or lost refunds (where applicable)

If you haven’t received your refund yet, please check your bank account again.

All items, including items at regular price or on sale will be refunded.

Exchanges (where applicable)

Presents

If the item was marked as a gift when it was purchased and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of the return. Once we receive the item, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item was not marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift was sent to the buyer for later delivery, we will send the buyer a refund and they will know of your return.

You will be responsible for the payment of the shipping costs for the return of the item. Shipping costs are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

If you are shipping a product with a value greater than CP $ 100,000 you should consider using a trackable shipping service or buy insurance for shipping. We do not guarantee that we will receive your return.
